Do you ever just sit in front of the sewing machine and go, "wooohoo, there are so many projects, where do I begin.....? A quilt is one I keep coming back too (and keep avoiding) but I am determined to complete another one. Its been a year since I made the one above and another one for my nephew. I guess its the immediate gratification issue, I want something finished, in my hands, so I can... you know, congratulate myself. Quilts, well they just take a while. And what if after all that work it doesn't turn out as great as I imagined. Well the only way to know is to do it, right? I think Ill make a commitment to start small and just do it. By the end of July I'm committing to create at least one quilt, even if only fit for a barbie (my daughter would love that). I promise to share my final product - even if it turns out less than gorgeous. But I'm sure it will be divine (gotta think positive)!! here some quilts to inspire me and maybe you...
